First Choice provides roofing services (replacement, installation, repair, and storm and hail damage restoration), fence services, and interior and general home solutions, along with drone-backed roof inspections. We serve Kaufman, Texas and the surrounding counties of Rockwall, Collin, Tarrant, Dallas, Henderson, Van Zandt, and Ellis.
2. Free Inspections and Estimates
We offer free, no-obligation inspections and estimates. An inspection or estimate is informational and does not create a contract for work. Any work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and First Choice that describes the scope, price, and terms of that specific project. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
3. Insurance Claims Disclaimer
First Choice can inspect your roof, document damage, and provide our findings and estimates to support your insurance claim. However, we are a roofing contractor, not a licensed public insurance adjuster, insurance company, or law firm. We do not adjust, negotiate, or settle insurance claims on your behalf, and we do not provide legal or insurance advice.
All decisions about whether to file a claim, and all coverage and payment determinations, are made solely by you and your insurance carrier. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, that damage will be covered, or that you will receive any particular outcome or amount. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to your insurer.
4. Communications and Consent
By contacting us or providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your inquiry, appointment, and project. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. 5. Use of the Site
